What file formats do you accept for quotation?
We accept DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, STL, IGES, IGS, X_T, SLDPRT, PDF and ZIP files, up to 20 MB per file. Include a dimensioned drawing with your 3D model to identify critical dimensions, datums and finish notes. Add the material grade, quantity and delivery requirements to help us prepare your quotation.
What CNC machining tolerances can you achieve?
HongKe CNC can review selected critical features requiring tolerances down to ±0.005 mm. Achievable tolerance depends on material, geometry, part size, workholding and inspection method. Mark critical dimensions, fits and datum references clearly on the drawing for engineering review.
What materials can you CNC machine?
We machine aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and engineering plastics. Specify the material grade and condition, including heat treatment or hardness where relevant. For a material not listed, send its specification so we can assess its suitability for the part.
Can you handle prototypes and production quantities?
We support prototypes, pilot runs and repeat production. Practical batch size and order quantity are confirmed per project based on geometry, material, setup and inspection requirements.
What is your typical quotation lead time?
Quotation timing depends on file completeness and project complexity. Providing the CAD model, dimensioned drawing, material grade, quantity, finish and delivery requirements helps us review your project efficiently.
What inspection reports can you provide?
Inspection records can cover the drawing revision, critical dimensions and agreed measurement results. Let us know whether you need first-article or final inspection records. The report scope, measurement methods and any material documentation are agreed during quotation.
Do you provide surface finishing?
Surface finishing can be coordinated with finishing partners as part of the machining project, including anodizing, plating, polishing, blasting, coating and marking. Requirements such as finish type, appearance, protected surfaces and dimensional allowance should be specified on the drawing or RFQ.
Will my drawings be kept confidential?
Files submitted through this website are stored outside the public website directory for quotation review. If your project requires specific confidentiality terms or an NDA, contact us to discuss and agree those terms before sharing sensitive files.
Do you ship internationally?
We coordinate export packing and international shipment for confirmed projects. Shipping method, freight arrangements and delivery timing are confirmed during quotation based on the order and destination.
